Calley joined All County CFL in 2010. Prior to All County she was with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, the 5th largest insurer in the United States, as a leading Sales Representative. Calley became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2009 and has been managing her own properties since 2007. Calley also has her BA in Marketing from The University of Central Florida and is a Licensed Mortgage Broker in Florida. Cassandra has over 10 years of combined real estate and customer service experience. Prior to joining All County CFL, she was with Concord Management Ltd., the national leader in high quality, customer focused property management of multi-family and single family affordable rental housing communities. She served as an Assistant Community Director and managed a portfolio of five communities in East Orlando. Cassandra won several awards as top sales consultant earning over 30 Million dollars in revenue for D.R. Horton and KB Homes. Cassandra is a licensed realtor and has worked with Prudential Real Estate, and Exit Realty. She is also a member of Orlando Regional Realtor Association ORRA, National Association of Residential Property Managers –NARPM, and National Association of Realtors-NAR. Paula joined All County CFL Property Management after working with Sprint Corporation for six years in the Business Markets Group, developing and managing large corporate accounts in the wireline and wireless sectors. Her previous management experience as General Manager of two local companies – Sweet Tomatoes and Tony Roma’s – has proven beneficial in connecting with our clients and delivering on prompt results. Paula has an Associate’s Degree in Business from Valencia Community College along with her real estate education at the IFREC Real Estate School. She is also highly involved in the local community through her volunteer work with the March of Dimes and Pet Rescue By Judy. Reshard joined All County CFL Property Management in 2010 by way of Central Florida’s premiere banking institution, SunTrust Bank. During his 6 year tenure, Reshard served in various capacities including: Business Banking Sales Coach, where he generated over $40 million in loan and deposit revenue annually, to his most recent position as Assistant Vice President in the Corporate Sales Department as the Sales Project Manager. He accumulated several prestigious awards including EdgeMaster® – the Bank’s top 2% nationally in overall sales performance. Born and raised in Orlando, Reshard loves his community and proudly serves as an officer for the Southwest Orlando Junior Chamber of Commerce. Sara joined All Property CFL Property Management team in 2010. She is an innovative professional with 20+ years of progressive experience within the sales industry and the skill, and managed all aspects of daily business operations. Sara was the lead designer with Hudson’s Vacation Interiors. As a founding member of the sales team, expanded sales from $0 - $7 million a year She exhibited excellent design and customer service primarily to foreign and U.S. investors buying investment vacation homes in Lake County. She acted as an advisor and consultant to clients, supplying solutions for their interior furnishing needs. Sara was responsible for creating custom solutions for multiple-unit commercial projects. She has experience in after the sale service with the ability to manage unforeseen problems in a timely manner. Sara has expertise client relations, needs assessment, and marketing. Sara has refocused her career to include property management. She is dedicated, innovative and self-motivated. Shima joined All County CFL in 2010. She has 7 years of experience in the Administrative Support field. Prior to joining All County CFL, she worked for The Law Offices of Thomas M. Matthews & J. Craig Bourne as a Legal Assistant for 4 years, specializing in criminal defense. Additionally, she worked 3 years for Sprint LTD as a Human Resource Assistant, one of the top leaders in the telecommunications industry. Shima obtained her B.S. in Business Management from the University Of Phoenix in October of 2009. Socrate joined All County CFL Property Management by way of Sprint, the nation’s third leading Telecommunications Company - ranked in the fortune top 50. Prior to joining All County, Socrate spent 15 years with his former employer where he held several management positions, with his most recent position serving as the Senior Sales Operations Manager for their National Inside Sales Division. He managed large real estate projects, sales, marketing, system integrations, training & development, and strategic planning. Socrate became involved in real estate over 10 years ago as a property manager/landlord, and in 2003 became a licensed Real Estate Agent. He has served on the board of directors for the local YMCA. Socrate holds MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, a Masters in Project Management from The George Washington University, and BA in Management from the University of Central Florida. Yarmmys is an Alumna of DeVry University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and she is fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written communication. She has several years of experience in the hospitality industry and administrative field specializing in accounts payable as well as accounts receivables.
